Terms of service

Academic integrity

We provide checking, editing, paraphrasing and referencing support for work you have written yourself. We do not write assessed work, sit assessments, or assist with anything that breaches your institution's rules. Orders that appear to request this are cancelled and refunded.

Orders and pricing

Prices are fixed per service and turnaround and are recalculated on our servers at checkout. A price covers one document of up to 5,000 words unless stated otherwise; longer documents are quoted in the same 5,000-word steps.

Turnaround

The deadline clock starts when payment is confirmed, not when the file is uploaded. If we cannot meet the deadline you chose, we will tell you before the deadline and refund the difference to the next slower tier.

Revisions

Every submission includes one free revision requested within 7 days of delivery, limited to the services you ordered. New scope is a new order.

Your content

You keep all rights in your document. You confirm you have the right to send it to us. We claim no ownership over your work or over the corrections we supply to you.

Liability

Our reports are advisory. We cannot guarantee a particular grade, a particular similarity score in any third-party system, or acceptance by any institution or journal.
