Refund policy

Before work starts

Cancel while your submission is still in the queue and you get a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds reach your account in 5–7 working days.

After work starts

Once an editor is working on your file, a cancellation is refunded in proportion to the work not yet done, with a minimum retention of 25% of the order value.

Late delivery

If we miss the turnaround you paid for, we refund the difference to the next slower tier. If we are more than an hour late on a rush order, we refund that service in full and still deliver the work.

Not what you ordered

Tell us within 7 days. We first offer a free revision by a different editor. If the output still does not match what you ordered, we refund that service in full.

What we cannot refund

Grades, institutional decisions, or scores produced by third-party detection systems after you edited the delivered file yourself.
